This is a fun but baking and information packed workshop. Working the perfect Pizza and focaccia dough working with sémola and our freshly milled organic flour combinations to create two different doughs. Covering the technic of hand formation and shaping and learning to cook your creations in our Gozney pizza oven. Includes pizza and salads lunch, mid morning snacks and refreshments through out the day. Take home your perfect focaccia and bread olive rolls too.
All ingredients included.
