About Vicky Garcia Bishop
Vicky is a gifted local chef, author, presenter, mum & business woman. Who trained at Westminster College London.
On her return to Gibraltar Vicky applied her skills at various top restaurants and hotels before establishing Gibraltar’s first catering company, servicing the increasingly sophisticated dining needs of private & corporate clients.
Vicky’s excellent reputation soon spread and it wasn't long before TV came calling. She was soon catering for members of the British Royalty, including Sarah Ferguson the Duchess of York, Prince Andrew and Princess Beatrice's 19th Birthday Party. And of late celebrities such as Jules Holand, Mel C and Various well known Spanish Musicians.

Rock Chef is one of Gibraltar's “most watched” TV programmes, Vicky’s popularity on the show has meant this is her third series.
Her culinary knowledge combined with a totally professional, fun loving attitude for cooking has been refreshing. Vicky is tasked with mentoring as well as judging the contests through to the final.
VIP Diners:
Vicky’s other duties include cooking for the prestigious dinners for the organisers & sponsors of Rock Chef, at some of the most prestigious venues Vicky’s dishes have proved the “talk of the evening”.
Celebrity judge Antony Worrall Thompson has personally invited her to join him working in one of his Restaurants this summer.

The ITV Morning Show
When asked The Gibraltar tourist Board recommended Vicky to accompany Phil Vickery on the ITV Morning Show.
The show which showcased Gibraltar's culinary history with Vicky demonstrating local desserts.
