Its all in the consistency of the dough, the resting time and the rolling. Get the feels for your pasta dough and watch this luxury become an everyday in your home. Once you start you cant stop! 


We will be covering your perfect pasta dough, shapes, ravioli and sauces. Pasta cook off and tasting whilst standing around the table with a glass of wine!  


Bring containers to take home your pasta shapes.
