Stollen is a bread/cake rich with candied fruits, nuts and raisins that mellows and softens to a sticky cake like texture over the weeks ahead in time for the Christmas holidays.

We will also be baking traditional ginger bread biscuits with decorating tips too. Tea, coffee and buns included in our breaks, chats and laughter!
