In this class experience you will be guided through all of the skills to craft your own delicious handmade gyozas and wontons, with your choice of chicken or tofu filling, miso bone broth, and condiments.
We will then guide you through the delicate cooking process of steam-frying, making your own miso bone broth, and building your miso broth and dumpling Ramen bowls for a hearty winter meal with a difference.
