By popular request following on from your Ramen and dumplings class, lots of your asked if we could make our own skins (pastry) so your wish is my command! (Takes a bow!)


We will be making two different doughs, and working on both Asian and Eastern European dumpling recipes with a variety of fillings and cooking them off to fluffy, plump perfection.


Class will include sauces and accompaniment recipes. Great ready to fall in low with these little babies. (And yes I will have chilli oil!) Includes tasing dinner and refreshments.
