In this workshop you will learn how to best support your body for anxiety, and how you can build both your day and your meals around this. Amber is bringing effective steps and actions that she has seen work with her private clients to show others in this workshop how to see the same benefits.
As always, this workshop will begin with a nutrition talk with nutritionist, Amber, followed by a cooking demonstration of these amazing plant recipes with Vicky. The night will end with a light tasting dinner of the foods prepared in the demonstration.
