Our guest baker extraordinaire.. we pulled her away from her Saturday wood-fired out-door oven baking at home to take us through her simplified sour dough recipe and this year we will be squeezing in a wholemeal cereal bread too! Take your baking to the next level my gorgeous alumni .. you wont look back! You will be going home with your sour dough starter so you can get started at home right away as well as your two warm freshly baked loaves. Midmorning snacks and refreshments included. This class runs from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
