Working the perfect Pizza and focaccia dough working with sémola and our freshly milled organic flour combinations to create two different doughs. Covering the technic of hand formation and shaping and learning to cook your creations in our Gozney pizza oven. Includes snacks and refreshments through out the day. Take home your perfect focaccia and bread olive rolls too. All ingredients included. Price is all inclusive.... All you need to bring is yourselves!
