Suited to those that are new to baking as well as more established bakers wanting to broaden their skills and take it to the next level.  


A very hands-on day of baking plenty of different loaves. Staple white, pizza, bread sticks, focaccia and Irish soda bread. We focus on the foundations in this, from the ground up, baking course. Giving you the confidence to use these template recipes to elaborate your own loaf variations with confidence at home.
